About Guar

Guar plant is grown in India and Pakistan sown in July and harvested in October. Guar seeds from this plant are allowed to dry in sun. After drying the seeds in the sun, they are separated and processed into a flour which is known as guar gum powder.

As India is the major producer and exporter of Guar Gum and its derivatives, it has become the major cash crop for Indian economies. India contributes 80% of guar gum production out of the world’s total production of guar gum which figures out to 6 lakh tons.

About Guar Gum Splits

Guar refined Splits is also known as guar gum splits or guar gum refined split, refined guar splits, Guar splits.

Guar Refined Split is derived from guar seed or cluster bean (cyamoperm tetragonoloba).

Husk and germ are removed from guar beans to get guar refined split.

Guar Gum Refined Split (Endosperm) is mechanically separated from guar seed which yields 28-30% of Refined Split. Guar beans are harvested and dried following the growing season. The beans are shelled from the pods, the germ and hull removed.

Guar gum powder viscosity is also depending upon quality of guar refined splits. High purified guar splits also give high viscosity. We provide quality Guar Gum Splits to quality manufacturer of Guar Gum Powder.
